Returns & Exchanges

At kmfdmstore, we stand by the quality of our apparel; if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return or exchange items within 30 days of delivery. All returned merchandise must be in original, unwashed, and unworn condition with all tags intact.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your account portal and select the specific order you wish to return to receive a unique Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

• 2.
  Package Your Items

  Securely pack the items in their original packaging and include a printed copy of your RMA confirmation inside the parcel.

• 3.
  Ship the Parcel

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to the outside of your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Quality Inspection & Refund

  Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return for quality compliance, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
